Time to stock is the number of days we need to prepare your order for shipment or how long manufacturer or supplier needs to deliver the product to our warehouse.
We use DHL or Fedex or UPS or EMS express service for our deliveries. The tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as we will ship the order. Please note that no information will be available for the tracking number until the shipping company has actually picked up the package. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become available. All deliveries require a signature.
We are only able to dispatch goods once payment has been received.

If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you via email or phone and place your product/s on back-order once you have agreed you would like to wait.
