We accept online payments via paypal, credit and debit cards. We also accept western union, money gram and bank transfer.
To order goods online and pay them via paypal, credit and debit cards, simply add your selected items to your basket, and proceed to the checkout, where you will be guided through the payment process.
Payment via PayPal:
1. You have your PayPal account, then choose the PayPal to complete the payment directly
2. If you want to use the PayPal payment, but you don’t have one PayPal account, please register one first.
Note: Choose the PayPal payment, you can choose your country currency, we accept all the currency.
Payment via Debit and Credit Card:
1. You click MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, American Express, Discover payment directly, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, then choose the payment method again, and fill in your card information to complete the payment.
2. You click the PayPal&Credit, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, the one is PayPal payment, the other one is Pay with Debit or Credit Card payment. Choose one to complete the payment.
Note: Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.

We will get back to you with a proforma invoice, and the directions for the final step to complete the direct deposit.
The payment needs to be verified by our in-house accounts department and goods will only be dispatched on their verification. Only once the funds have reflected in our bank account, will the goods be allowed to leave the store.
Please note that bank transfer transactions can take up to 4 business days to clear into our account. We will process your order as soon as your payment has cleared. To ensure a speedy turn around time, please notify us once you have made the deposit.

All debit or credit card payments are processed via Activa System’s Secure Payment Gateway. All payment card information is entered exclusively on the bank’s 3D secure pages. We as the merchant do not store, have access to or sight of the payments card information. Should you select to pay with a payment card, you will therefore be redirected to secure pages administered by the Activa processing centre and a bank with which we have reached a card acceptance arrangement.

The Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode trademarks displayed above allow each online purchase made with your payment card to receive additional protection via 3D Secure security protocols. 3D Secure is a unique service offered by MasterCard and Visa International that uses a One Time Pin (OTP) to protect a cardholder against unauthorized use of their card. Once activated, your card number cannot be used for online purchases at participating merchants without your One Time PIN (OTP). The OTP is sent to your cell phone during payment as the final step to complete the transaction.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping prices will be calculated at check-out, based on the weight of the goods, the country to which we are dispatching, and the shipping service you choose. If you place the order offline by email or phone, we will send you a proforma invoice including the shipping prices.
When will I receive my order?
The likely delivery timescale for orders will depend on the availability of the items you order, the delivery method you choose (where applicable) and the shipping destination country.
Delivery times can be calculated based on formula: Time to stock + 7days~15days ( The time shipping company needs deliver the products to address in your country)
Time to stock is the number of days we need to prepare your order for shipment or how long manufacturer or supplier needs to deliver the product to our warehouse.
We use DHL or Fedex or UPS or EMS express service for our deliveries. The tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as we will ship the order. Please note that no information will be available for the tracking number until the shipping company has actually picked up the package. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become available. All deliveries require a signature.
We are only able to dispatch goods once payment has been received.
All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you via email or phone and place your product/s on back-order once you have agreed you would like to wait. If you choose to put your order on back-order, we will provide you with personalized weekly updates and will notify you once your order has shipped. If one or more of your items is in stock and you are waiting on other item/s, you can have your order part shipped. A sales representative will keep you updated on the remaining portion of your order, and can provide tracking information for both shipments.
