The Schoeps CCM DMS R Set is a trio of Schoeps condenser microphones with a windshield system designed for double mid-side recording of dialog and instruments indoors or outdoors in windy conditions. It includes two CCM 4 cardioid mics, one CCM 8 figure-8 microphone, a Rycote Stereo Cyclone windshield system, an XLR 7-pin extension, and a break-out cable that converts an XLR 7-pin to three XLR 3-pin jacks.The microphones boast wide frequency responses, excellent off-axis rejection, and compact bodies. The included Rycote windshield is acoustically transparent and offers significant vibration isolation and wind-noise reduction.An integrated cable system merges the individual mic outputs to an XLR 7-pin jack. Connect the XLR 7-pin output to the supplied XLR 7-pin extension and breakout cable, which converts an XLR 7-pin to three XLR 3-pin connectors.
