When will I receive my order?
The likely delivery timescale for orders will depend on the availability of the items you order, the delivery method you choose (where applicable) and the shipping destination country.

Delivery tracking
We use DHL or Fedex or UPS or EMS express service for our deliveries. The tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as we will ship the order. Please note that no information will be available for the tracking number until the shipping company has actually picked up the package. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become available. All deliveries require a signature.
