Q2: What is the lead time from order to delivery?

A: Standard models: approximately 7–15 days. Fully custom desks: 15–30 days (exact timing confirmed based on design complexity).

Q3: Does the desk include a keyboard tray?

A: The base model does not include a keyboard tray, but it can be custom-added. Tray type (standard slide or hydraulic lift) and size are customizable.

Q4: Can 19-inch standard rack rails be added?

A: Yes. We offer single or dual rack rail options. Rack unit height (U size) can also be customized.

Q5: Is assembly complicated?

A: Not at all. We provide detailed assembly diagrams and video guides. All screw holes are pre-drilled. One person can typically assemble it within 1–2 hours.

Payment Method

We accept online payments via paypal, credit and debit cards. We also accept western union, money gram and bank transfer.

To order goods online and pay them via paypal, credit and debit cards, simply add your selected items to your basket, and proceed to the checkout, where you will be guided through the payment process.

1. You have your PayPal account, then choose the PayPal to complete the payment directly

2. If you want to use the PayPal payment, but you don’t have one PayPal account, please register one first.

The payment needs to be verified by our in-house accounts department and goods will only be dispatched on their verification. Only once the funds have reflected in our bank account, will the goods be allowed to leave the store.

The likely delivery timescale for orders will depend on the availability of the items you order, the delivery method you choose (where applicable) and the shipping destination country.

Time to stock is the number of days we need to prepare your order for shipment or how long manufacturer or supplier needs to deliver the product to our warehouse.

Delivery tracking

We use DHL or Fedex or UPS or EMS express service for our deliveries. The tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as we will ship the order. Please note that no information will be available for the tracking number until the shipping company has actually picked up the package. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become available. All deliveries require a signature.
