Instructions:

There will be smoke and burnt smell when you use it for the first time. This is all caused by the anti-rust oil sprayed on the anti-scalding net on the new lamp. This phenomenon exists in all types of lamps, but it is not a quality problem and does not affect the use. It is recommended to use it as the following steps

1: disconnect the power supply and install the lamp on the lamp holder with the lamp socket facing up before you assemble it

2: power on

3: If mesh of the light were smoking , please turn off the power immediately

4: Wait for the temperature to drop, then turn on the power and repeat the dryin

The payment needs to be verified by our in-house accounts department and goods will only be dispatched on their verification. Only once the funds have reflected in our bank account, will the goods be allowed to leave the store.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping prices will be calculated at check-out, based on the weight of the goods, the country to which we are dispatching, and the shipping service you choose. If you place the order offline by email or phone, we will send you a proforma invoice including the shipping prices.

When will I receive my order?

The likely delivery timescale for orders will depend on the availability of the items you order, the delivery method you choose (where applicable) and the shipping destination country.

Delivery times can be calculated based on formula: Time to stock + 7days~15days ( The time shipping company needs deliver the products to address in your country)

Time to stock is the number of days we need to prepare your order for shipment or how long manufacturer or supplier needs to deliver the product to our warehouse.

Delivery tracking

We use DHL or Fedex or UPS or EMS express service for our deliveries. The tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as we will ship the order. Please note that no information will be available for the tracking number until the shipping company has actually picked up the package. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become available. All deliveries require a signature.

We are only able to dispatch goods once payment has been received.
