The satin nickel M 930 Studio Condenser Microphone from Microtech Gefell is a cardioid microphone with 48V phantom power that combines a large-diaphragm capsule with semi-conductor circuit technology. It can be used to capture audio in radio and sound studios as well as for home-recording applications for singers, speakers, keyboards, strings, wind instruments, and more. The condenser microphone has a balanced frequency response with a slight elevation from 7 to 11 kHz, and a high cancellation for backward and lateral sound. Built with an extended modulation range, the circuit design allows for detailed transmission of low sound levels, as well as distortion-free imaging of high sound pressures. The compact microphone housing is mounted with the capsule to dampen body sound and impacts.Furthermore, the microphone is equipped with a 3-pin XLR connector, and the power is supplied with standard 48V phantom power. The M 930 Studio Condenser Microphone includes a pop-screen filter, an elastic suspension mount, and a wood case for storage.
